Q. Are the web designers for hire fluent in English?

A. All our web designers are fluent in English both in written a well as verbal.

Q. Will I own the copyright for all my work conducted by you?

A. You will own 100% c opyright of the deliverables provided to you. We shall give you the sole ownership of all source code, intellectual property, copyright etc.

Q. What happens if I am not satisfied with the designer I hire?

A. In case you are not satisfied with the Designer, the Project Manager shall look into the problem and try to resolve the issue and if the same cannot be settled, we shall provide you with immediate replacement.

Q. How do I pay you?

A. On providing you the Invoice for the payment to be made, you can pay us using your Credit card, or Paypal or Wire Transfer.

Q. What are your billing cycles?

A. The 1st Invoice (for the period from 1st to 15th of that month) will be sent to you on the 01st of every month, due to be settled by latest 05th of that same month. The 2nd Invoice (for the period from 16th to 30th of that month) will be sent to you on the 15th of every month, due to be settled by latest 20th of that same month.

Q. Will I receive daily progress reports that outline the work completed and outstanding? How do I get daily updates?

A. Updates will be provided to you directly by the Designer whom you are hiring for your work on a daily basis by email.

Q. Is there any minimum contract period?

A. Yes. You can hire the Designer on a Contract Basis ranging from a minimum of 1 Month to a maximum of as per your requirement.

Q. Is there a way to test your services?

A. Sure, there is. There is nothing as Free Service, however, you can test our services by hiring a designer for 24 Hours (8 Hrs. X 3 Working Days).

Q. Is more than one designer available for hire?

A. Certainly! You can hire more than one Designer at a time.

Q. What happens if the designer I have hired resigns from your organization during the period for which I have hired him/her?

A. As per our company policy, anyone who wishes to quit from our organization has to give a clear 30 days notice. The Project Manager will make sure that another designer is provided to you and that your work is in no way hampered.

Q. What is the duration of work for a full time and part time designer on hire?

A. The working hours are from 9am to 6pm (IST), Monday to Friday. Your Total Working Hours for a FULL TIME designer on hire will be 8 Hrs. x 5 Days a week, which equals to 40 Hrs. per week OR 40Hrs. x 4 Weeks = 160 Hrs. per month.

Your Total Working Hours for a PART TIME designer on hire will be 4 Hrs. x 5 Days a week, which equals to 20 Hrs. per week OR 20Hrs. x 4 Weeks = 80 Hrs. per month.

Q. Will you be willing to sign an NDA if required?

A. Yes, we are ready to sign NDA.
